Unlike Jordan Peterson, I considered it from a prosocial and ACT/Liberation Psychology lens. For those that don't know-Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is an explicit valued based approach to therapy. Liberation Psych is culturally competent, social justice, action based approach that overlaps ACT.
