OK, very well done! I'll be attempting now to follow your example. 😊

Hey I'm very interested in becoming a post labor contributor to society. But not sure how that pans out as I'm a designer and I'm slowly watching AI devour what I love to do 🤔.

But you did mentioned many revenue streams. What does that look like? Are their strategies involved in how to build those?

It varies from person to person. But Substack, Twitter, YouTube, and Patreon are all great places to start. You really just have to experiment and see what works. I just monetized my SoundCloud to see if my music makes any money too.

But joining the meaning economy is about doing what you love, first and foremost

Hey thanks for replying.

Ok that starts to make sense. And you did mention that humans will probably still find value from what other humans do - so it's worth it to still keep creating even though AI will dominate easily whatever we set our sights on.

I guess the value will be more about your point of view than in the execution. So whatever I make, it should it should be really fun, interesting, provocative or insightful. Would you say that's about right?

That's a start. It's also about exploring. Finding opportunities as they present themselves. Not necessarily having a rigid plan.

Hmmm...ok that's probably good advice. I'll plan for the plan to not go according to the plan haha.

BTW I really like your analysis around the new economy structure. Better/Faster/Cheaper is a great lens to understand the how & why of it all. I think the transition will be hell though.

The future is upon us 🎉

Thank you! I’ve not considered you Pretentious…. I’m under the impression that you have the brains and knowledge to back up your claims. As far as my fascination with you goes, it’s primarily a combination of the various things you take on expanding my horizons definitively. Your stuff gives me hope and dopamine hits. I just wish I had someone around here who would join me in these discussions. That’s no reflection on you by any means… it’s a reaction I get from most people about anything. I’m back to Radical Alignment which finally made it through my thick skull. I like Julia and after I catch up on Substack, I’ll tune in.
