If making money is only bottlenecked by telling an AI to make money, we'll guess what - it soon will no longer be profitable. This scenario doesn't make sense to me

The question is, if companies like Open AI can build AI's that can create value in areas of market efficiency, why not keep that profit? Amazon already does this with Amazon Basic, Meta is planning on launching AI Agent for SMBs and OpenAI announced their $20,000 per month AI Agent. ( https://techcrunch.com/2025/03/05/openai-reportedly-plans-to-charge-up-to-20000-a-month-for-specialized-ai-agents/)

In other words, by the time the little guy wakes up to these types of opportunities AND the tech is available to him/her, the opportunity will largely be captured either by big tech or those with early mover advantage and trained models that are already solving said issues.

No, I believe the real answer has to be beyond AI.

In my 20's, before deciding on a major I played out different scenarios on what life would be like if I did 'x' vs 'y'.

Oddly enough, one of the deep future scenarios was 'what if we one day have AI that's super intelligent and creative?'

I imagined all the things it could do and create. For example, it could find niche business opportunities and market inefficiencies and solve them. It could integrate different types of domain knowledge data and discover opportunities that no human can.

And in this new world, it would be the technology owners, those with 1st mover advantage, who had the most powerful AI that used it first in this way and there was nothing left for the little guys.

This felt inevitable and at that young age made me question my value.

What's my worth of my ability to create businesses and solve problems isn't valuable?

Today this answers is clear. Your 'value', my 'value', thinking of our selves and others in these terms was something we invented... We made the whole thing up.

"Next, lease a humanoid robot ($900/month) to craft "artisanal" luxury goods with 500% markups"

Whose going to be able to afford those goods?

If I don't have money, hardly anyone will have money so no one can pay me. Lol. Traditional techniques won't work in a new world 🌎 imo money will not be relevant anymore in a post ASI world, but.... will we ever get there??

This appears to be a partial take of something you presented not too long ago. You’re speaking about the initial dystopia here, that you then implied would become more utopian as time went on in a previous presentation.
