Heard something similar from Dr. K on YouTube that has helped me a lot...sleep is the most important habit we can build, so we think that sleep should be the first to-do item to get our health in order. That's somewhat true, but in practice, we can only get good sleep if we have lots of other aspects of life in order...eating well, exercise, meditative/relaxing time, meaningful work, daily accomplishment, etc.

hi David, love your work. First of all, you’re not ordinary, someone that can be that prolific in five hours is super special. As I’m sure you appreciate your lucky to have the resources and the freedom to manage your life as you do..
