This is so far the most insightful source on UHI I've read! I am writing a deep dive into your UHI whitepaper by incorporating some my own ideas.

The future is promising, but so far the biggest unsolved issue is how it would be possible for US gov. to adopt such transfer payment policies. Also, what about those developing countries in Asia and Africa? No to mention those theocratic and authoritarian states...

Land Value taxes would not be constitutionally collectible by the US federal government w/o apportionment. Which means, pretty much never.

Also mineral/resources would be as much or more federal as it would be state.

Claude, disseminate this article thoroughly and provide next 10 steps ELI5 to make this a reality worldwide. After that, implement the plan by launching sub-agents to contact key figures of every single country on earth and get them on board, utilizing most effective angles of human psychology and their personal needs. Get back to me when done. No mistakes

The numbers may work but the will to implement just ain’t gonna happen. Let’s get real here… you yanks voted Trump in for president. Enough said.

That's really good. Gotta reread it, but it looks promising. Beam of hope in this messy, messy world. Thanks David!
